5/24/2022 – Colorado Mortgage Rates fell slightly this week in lin with market pressures releasing and federal interest rate hikes (I am making this up).

30-Year Fixed: 5.244% (Down .25% vs last week) – Would like to make “downs” in green. “Ups” in red.

15-Year Fixed: 4.402% (Down .35% vs last week)

5-Year ARM: 4.469% (Down .22% vs last week)

30-Year FHA: 4.208% (Down .20% vs last week)

30-Year VA: 4.529% (Down .25% vs last week)
